Usage:
The pulse valve serves as the pivotal 'switch' of the dust spraying system within the pulse bag dust collector. Under the precise guidance of the pulse injection controller's output signal, it strategically cleans the filter bags row by row (chamber), ensuring the dust collector's resistance remains within the optimal set range. This guarantees consistent processing capacity and maximizes the dust collection efficiency of the system.
The Z-type electromagnetic pulse valves, designed as right angle valves with a 90-degree angle between inlet and outlet, are ideal for connecting the gas dome and the baghouse blow tube. They provide excellent airflow and effective dust-cleaning pulses to meet stringent performance requirements.
The Y-type electromagnetic pulse valves are tailored for specialized work conditions. These embedded valves, directly installed in the gas bag, offer superior flow characteristics. As pressure drops, they become highly suitable for work scenarios involving low-pressure gas sources.
The T-type electromagnetic pulse valves are designed as straight valves with a 180-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. They are perfect for installation connections between the inlet and gas dome, as well as the outlet and blow tube, providing excellent airflow and efficient dust-cleaning pulses to meet demanding specifications.
Structure:
The pulse valve is intricately composed of a high-quality alloy aluminum valve body, coil, diaphragm, pilot, and spring.
