Usage:
The pulse valve acts as the pivotal "switch" for the compressed air system within the pulse bag dust collector. Guided by the pulse injection controller's output signals, it methodically cleans each filter bag chamber. This meticulous process ensures that the dust collector's resistance is consistently maintained within a predetermined range, thereby guaranteeing optimal processing capacity and peak dust collection efficiency.
The Z-type electromagnetic pulse valve is expertly designed as a right-angle valve, with a precise 90-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. This configuration makes it ideal for seamless installation between the gas dome and the baghouse blow tube, ensuring robust air flow and effective dust-cleaning pulses that meet all operational requirements.
The Y-type electromagnetic pulse valve is perfectly suited for scenarios where an embedded valve is required. This valve installs directly into the gas bag, offering superior flow characteristics. As pressure loss decreases, it becomes the optimal choice for settings with a lower pressure gas source.
The T-type electromagnetic pulse valve features a straightforward 180-degree alignment between the inlet and outlet. Such a design is perfect for establishing connections between the inlet and gas dome, as well as the outlet and blow tube. It guarantees excellent air flow and efficient dust-cleaning pulses to meet the necessary requirements.
Structure:
Our pulse valve is an assembly of a sturdy valve body, an efficient coil, a reliable diaphragm, a precise pilot, and a robust spring. The valve body is meticulously crafted from high-quality alloy aluminum, ensuring durability and longevity.
