Usage:
The pulse valve acts as the 'switch' of compressed air within the dust discharge system of a pulse bag dust collector. Governed by signals from the pulse injection controller, it meticulously cleans each filter bag row (chamber) to maintain the dust collector's resistance within pre-set parameters. This ensures optimal processing capability and supreme dust collection efficiency.
The Z type electromagnetic pulse valve is a right-angle valve with a 90-degree orientation between its inlet and outlet. It is expertly designed for installation between a gas dome and a baghouse blow tube, ensuring excellent airflow and effective dust-cleaning pulses that meet rigorous operational requirements.
The Y type electromagnetic pulse valve is tailored for specific operations, being an embedded valve directly installed in the gas bag. This design offers superior flow characteristics, which reduce pressure losses, making it ideal for applications with lower pressure gas sources.
T type electromagnetic pulse valves feature a straight design, with a 180-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. This configuration is perfect for connecting the inlet and gas dome, as well as the outlet and blow tube, delivering excellent airflow and dust-cleaning pulses that meet industry standards.
Structure:
The pulse valve is comprised of several key components: a robust valve body made from alloy aluminum, a precise coil, a flexible diaphragm, a reliable pilot, and a sturdy spring. This construction ensures durability and performance.
