Usage:
The pulse valve acts as the pivotal 'switch' of the compressed air in the dust spraying system of the pulse bag dust collector. Operated under the precise guidance of the pulse injection controller's output signals, it efficiently clears ash from the filter bag, row by row or chamber by chamber. This meticulous process ensures that the resistance of the dust collector remains within the optimal set range. As a result, it guarantees the superior processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
The Z type electromagnetic pulse valves are ingeniously designed as a right-angle valve, featuring a 90-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. This design is particularly well-suited for installation connections between the gas dome and the baghouse blow tube, providing exceptional air flow and dust-clean pulses that meet rigorous performance standards.
The Y type electromagnetic pulse valves are adeptly engineered for specific operational settings, designed as embedded valves that are directly installed within the gas bag. They offer superior flow characteristics, and as pressure drops, they become ideal for environments that operate with lower pressure gas sources.
The T type electromagnetic pulse valves are expertly crafted with a straight-in design, featuring a 180-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. This configuration is excellently suited for installation connections between the inlet and gas dome, and the outlet and blow tube, providing optimal air flow and dust-clean pulses that meet stringent performance criteria.
Structure:
The robust structure of the pulse valve consists of a valve body, coil, diaphragm, pilot, and spring. The valve body is skillfully constructed from high-quality alloy aluminum, ensuring durability and optimal performance.
