The diaphragm's operational temperature and pressure ranges are determined by its adhesive, fabric, and structure, typically functioning seamlessly at -200~80ºC, 0.3~0.8MPa. Notably, diaphragms composed of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber excel in a broader temperature spectrum, functioning effectively from -400~220ºC.
